So, at this point you might be worried that you are going to be spending all of your free time sending out e-mails.You can put your fears aside, it doesn’t work like that. We will be able to set your site for automatic e-mail responses. You write one e-mail, feed it into the auto responder, and it will send e-mails to the people in your address book at the appropriate intervals.
There is an internet service called an “autoresponder”. Once you feed the e-mail addresses into it, it will send an e-mail asking them to confirm that they wish to be put on your mailing list. (This is usually in exchange for free information you are giving them, such as a report or an E-book.)
For example, take a look at the screenshot below. All you have to do is add a small web form on your web site and have your visitor fill out their email addresses. Once you have that information, you can create personalized sales email messages and send them using autoresponders.

You can predefine the content and schedule of your email messages as shown below.

With an autoresponder, the e-mails your prospects receive will look like a personal e-mail from you. It will start with the prospects name, and then contain the e-mail you are sending them. We will also use this service to set a time when you want the e-mails to go out. Once it is set up, just sit back and watch your sales grow.
Here is an example of how an autoresponder can work for you. Let’s say you have a Jet Ski store, and it’s currently the dead of winter. You could send out an e-mail that says, “Dear John, we are currently preparing for new inventory, and to make room for it, all of last years models are 30% off! Please take a moment to browse our inventory. Once these year models are gone the sale ends, so act now while supplies last!. Sincerely, Joe Jet Ski Store Owner.” If you have a 1000 e-mail addresses, and just one percent responds to the e-mail, you are going to get ten extra sales that you wouldn’t have gotten before!
While this system is similar to auto pilot, you will need to take the time to craft e-mails that generate interest and excitement about your products. All that an autoresponder does is keep you from doing the tedious work of sending a personal e-mail to each prospect one at a time. There is nothing wrong with a personal e-mail to a prospect or customer if it is warranted, but by using autoresponder you will be able to touch more people, and the more people you give an opportunity to buy your product, the more sales you will have. It’s pretty simple math.
